    Quin with a distinguished track record across the worlds of finance, international business, and public policy, he has held senior executive roles in capital markets and private investment. His leadership has spanned both public and private sectors, including guiding companies through strategic expansion, cross-border operations, and market listings.

    In addition to his work in investment and corporate growth, he has served in advisory capacities to government and institutional stakeholders, bringing a grounded, global perspective to complex economic and regulatory landscapes.

    Today, he continues to advise organizations navigating uncertainty and opportunity across regions—bridging capital, policy, and innovation with thoughtful, long-term strategy.


  • Director, Global Policy

    Over the past several years, Josephine has worked on technology policy across Asia, Europe, and the United States, giving her a front-row view of how U.S. AI safety frameworks shape—and are shaped by—the global regulatory landscape.

    Earlier in her career, she managed a multi-billion-dollar technology budget in the New York State Legislature. That experience sharpened her ability to translate visionary policy goals into actionable funding strategies—a skillset directly aligned with mission-driven grant-making and public-private initiatives. Her work sits at the intersection of policy analysis, fiscal strategy, and geopolitical foresight—insights she brings to boardroom discussions, institutional strategy, and cross-sector partnerships around the future of AI governance.
